Invoice issue

Please contact us for companies or individuals who are not located in Italy and who need an invoice. If the VAT number is activated for purchases in the European Community, it can be purchased without VAT.

Fulfillment of Orders, Complaints and Return Procedure

The order is processed in the shortest possible time, usually up to 2 working days, consistent with the stock and the availability of the products themselves and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the Contract. Delivery is made by express courier directly to the address indicated by the Customer. The right of withdrawal regulated by current regulations, allows you to return the item purchased on our online shop (if not customized in the cuts explicitly requested) within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package. It is always essential to contact Solarfilm before returning the goods and waiting for the return authorization. We can not accept returns without our authorization. Returned products must be new, never used, undamaged and as far as possible in the original packaging.

The Solarfilm customer service will send an e-mail of return authorization with the specific Waybill (LDV) to be printed and applied on the package, confirming the reservation of the collection.Insert the product / s in its original packaging including instructions, spatulas ( optionally purchased) etc. ... Make sure that the packaging is properly sealed and carefully protects its contents. Apply LDV to the box. When the return will arrive at our warehouse we will verify that the returned products are new, never used, undamaged. Receiving damaged package

Receiving parcels Our materials always travel with adequate reinforced packaging, if you receive a damaged package, remember to sign the acceptance of the goods with RESERVE, otherwise you will not be able to claim the insurance and the goods will not be reimbursed. Product warranty

Warranty and durability of the product are two separate terms. The warranty covers film defects during the years indicated by the material sheet, the duration varies depending on the installation parameters of the film (exposure, latitude, panel inclination, exposure to acid agents, rubbing wear ...). A film with a 2-year warranty, for example, can last even 10 or more if it is not subject to important exposures ...
