These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter only the "General Conditions") govern the sale of products marketed by the website www.solarfilm.it All contracts for the purchase of finished products, through the website www.solarfilm.it according to the procedures indicated therein , between the seller and the customer, will be governed by these General Conditions.
The order placed on SolarFilm.it and pellicolaoscurantevetri.it ("CONTRACT") is a distance contract as required by art. 50 and ss. Of the D.Lgs. 6 September 2005, n. 206 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract deals with the sale of movable property between Medical Path Srl, with registered office in Località Casaleto - 43041 Bedonia (PR) Italia, P.I. 11700120154 (www.solarfilm.it) and the consumer (the "Customer"). All prices on our site are VAT 22% Included.
Once the product has been ordered, the same will not undergo any price variation.
It is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ in color.
Buyer commitments
The Customer, by confirming the order electronically, declares to have read and fully accepted the conditions of sale and payment indicated in the purchase process and in the present contract; is also committed to read, print and store the conditions of sale set out below as provided for in articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree n. 185/1999. It is expressly forbidden to enter false and / or invented personal data in the data collection forms necessary for completing the order; it is expressly forbidden to enter data of third parties. The Customer assumes responsibility for the installation of the films. The Supplier reserves the right to prosecute such actions and any other fraudulent actions against him and / or to the detriment of other consumers.
Order acceptance
Medical Path Srl reserves the right to approve the order only after checking the accuracy of all data. In case of non-acceptance of the order, it ensures timely communication to the Customer.
Invoice issue
Please contact us for companies or individuals who are not located in Italy and who need an invoice. If the VAT number is activated for purchases in the European Community, it can be purchased without VAT.
Fulfillment of Orders, Complaints and Return Procedure
The order is processed in the shortest possible time, usually up to 2 working days, consistent with the stock and the availability of the products themselves and in any case within 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the Contract. Delivery is made by express courier directly to the address indicated by the Customer. The right of withdrawal regulated by current regulations, allows you to return the item purchased on our online shop (if not customized in the cuts explicitly requested) within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package. It is always essential to contact Solarfilm before returning the goods and waiting for the return authorization. We can not accept returns without our authorization. Returned products must be new, never used, undamaged and as far as possible in the original packaging.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PROCEDURE?
Contact Solarfilm by e-mail at solarfilmitalia@gmail.com or call +39 349 3785575 specifying: the order number, the purchased products you want to return and the reason for the return. Specify later if you prefer to receive a Voucher (without expiry) or be reimbursed net of shipping costs and charges for any additional services (Paypal fees, cash on delivery charges) and the most convenient day for picking up the goods. The Solarfilm customer service will send an e-mail of return authorization with the specific Waybill (LDV) to be printed and applied on the package, confirming the reservation of the collection.Insert the product / s in its original packaging including instructions, spatulas ( optionally purchased) etc. ... Make sure that the packaging is properly sealed and carefully protects its contents. Apply LDV to the box. When the return will arrive at our warehouse we will verify that the returned products are new, never used, undamaged. Within 20 working days of receiving the return we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt including a refund notification or attaching the Purchase Voucher code. Receiving damaged package
Receiving parcels Our materials always travel with adequate reinforced packaging, if you receive a damaged package, remember to sign the acceptance of the goods with RESERVE, otherwise you will not be able to claim the insurance and the goods will not be reimbursed. If you purchased through PayPal, you will still have the opportunity to claim the insurance offered by PayPal in order to recover all the amount paid.
Product warranty
Warranty and durability of the product are two separate terms. The warranty covers film defects during the years indicated by the material sheet, the duration varies depending on the installation parameters of the film (exposure, latitude, panel inclination, exposure to acid agents, rubbing wear ...). A film with a 2-year warranty, for example, can last even 10 or more if it is not subject to important exposures ... To fully enjoy the warranty, the customer is required, within 30 days of receipt of the goods, to provide photographic documentation of the installation of the materials purchased by sending at least one photo of the product installed. The photos must be sent by email to solarfilmitalia@gmail.com
